Domestic: Available throughout Japan.

International: Available only in select regions. 
Countries currently available for international delivery (as of August 2025):
Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Brunei Darussalam, Australia, Canada

 

Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (within Japan):
Flat rate: ¥850

International Shipping:
Rates vary depending on the destination and ordered products.
International shipping is handled by Yamato Transport.

Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Brunei Darussalam: ¥950~
Canada: ¥1,200~
Australia: ¥1,600~

Production & Delivery Timeline

Items are generally produced within 2–5 days after your order is placed, and shipped within 3–6 days thereafter.

Because each item is carefully handmade, depending on order timing, it may take up to 3 weeks before dispatch.

We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Delivery schedules during the holidays (Golden Week, summer holidays, New Year holidays, etc.) will be announced separately on our website.

Regular Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
Orders & Inquiries: Accepted 24/7, year-round through our website.

 

Tracking & Carriers

We ship through Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
After dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.
