Refund policy
Returns
We take the utmost care in the production of our products. However, if you receive a defective or faulty item, we will gladly accept a return. Please contact us via chat or through our Contact Form. Instructions for returning the item will be provided by email.
If the ordered item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Please note that returns due to reasons such as wrong size, change of preference, or mistaken purchase may not be accepted. If you would like to request a return for these reasons, please contact us by email first.
Cooling-off periods under Japanese law do not apply to online sales. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Products without the original invoice or tags
- Products that have been used, or show stains, scratches, or deterioration due to customer handling
- Products returned in a condition significantly different from the original delivery (including boxes and accessories)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- If the product is defective and no replacement is available
- If a replacement or exchange results in a price difference
Refund methods and details will be communicated to you by email.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped.
However, please note that custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
